After testing the different drinks, the data showed that milk is the most effective thing to drink before a person goes to bed, given that I got 12 hours of sleep after drinking milk. Water was the second most effective beverage, giving me 10 hours of sleep, proving to be not as good as milk, but still gave me a few more hours of sleep than average. Finally, the Sprite was the least effective thing to drink for sleep, and affected me most. I found myself waking up a couple times during the nigh and I woke up early at 5:30 am.
